Travelling to the event

Please share cars with other riders and supporters to minimise traffic. Parking will be spread around Ullapool. Please follow marshal instructions.

Registration

At Ullapool Village Hall

9.00 - 10.00 on Saturday morning

At registration you will be required to sign a disclaimer for event insurance.  You will then get your number and a route card. Attach the number to the handlebars of your bike so it is easily accessible. You will also recieve your timing chip for 'dibbing' start and finish times.

The Start

Starts are between 9.30 and 10.30.

On the Course

There are very narrow sections of road around the coast to the south of Lochinver. All roads are open to cars and you must take extra care here.

The Coast Guard are providing first aid cover and there will be a broom wagon sweeping up at the back.

 Food & Drink

There will be one station for food & water at

Lochinver at 48km. They will provide bananas and tray bakes with water.

There will be water only at

Ledmore Junction at 77km

Be careful when entering and exiting these stops.  Look out for those behind you and for other traffic.

YOU MUST ALSO ENSURE THAT YOU START WITH SUFFICIENT DRINKS ON BOARD AND SOME FOOD IN YOUR BACK POCKET!

IF YOU RETIRE FROM THE EVENT YOU MUST TELL A MARSHALL

The Finish

You will be required to 'dib' to record your time.

There will be hot food, tea/coffee free at the finish.

Professional sports massage will be available for donations to charity.
